- Respect the Property: Treat the villa and its furnishings with care and respect. Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately.
- Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 14:00 PM to 17:00 AM, to respect the peace of neighboring properties.
- Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Use designated smoking areas outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may incur additional charges. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Occupancy and Visitors
- Maximum Occupancy: The villa should not be occupied by more guests than stated in the booking agreement.
- Visitors: Guests may entertain visitors during their stay, but overnight stays by visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Safety and Security
- Security System: If the villa is equipped with a security system, instructions for its use will be provided. Please use it responsibly to ensure your safety and the security of the property.
- Pool Safety: Guests must follow all posted pool safety rules and supervise children at all times.
- Fire Safety: Fireplaces, if any, must be used responsibly. Do not leave fires unattended, and ensure they are completely extinguished after use.
Maintenance and Cleanliness
- Garbage Disposal: Please adhere to the villa’s waste disposal and recycling guidelines. Garbage should be taken out regularly to designated areas.
- Housekeeping: While the villa will be clean upon your arrival, daily housekeeping is not included in the rental unless specified. Additional cleaning services may be requested for a fee.
- Leave the Villa as You Found It: Before checking out, ensure the villa is left in a tidy state. Dishes should be cleaned and put away, and furniture should be in its original place.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In/Check-Out Times: Adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in your rental agreement to allow for proper cleaning and maintenance between guests.
- Key Return: Ensure all keys are returned to the designated location or handed back to the property manager.
Environmental Considerations
- Energy Saving: Please conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when they are not in use or when leaving the villa.
- Water Usage: Be mindful of water usage, especially in areas where water is scarce.
Legal and Ethical Conduct
- Illegal Activities: No illegal activities are allowed on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, drug use and underage drinking.
- Respect for the Community: Guests are expected to respect the local community and its norms, including adhering to local laws and customs.
